Local-first editing
Alpy Studio runs primarily on your machine. Your source code, settings, and workspace contents stay under your control unless you explicitly use features that send data elsewhere (for example signing in to a service, using AI features, or installing extensions that contact remote APIs).
Updates and telemetry
Like other VS Code–based editors, Alpy Studio may check for updates and can include optional telemetry as configured in your product build and user settings. What is collected, if anything, should be documented in your fork’s settings and privacy disclosures.
Extensions and marketplace
Extensions you install may collect or transmit data according to their own privacy policies. Review each publisher’s terms before installing.
